Telephone Support

Telephone Support

  • Telephone support is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 7: 00 pm ET.
  • For automated software based systems (PayClock and TouchStation) we provide 30 days of telephone support at no charge (please inquire about details).  After 30 days, support is $49 for first 30 minutes and then $49 for each additional 15 minutes.
  • Customers with other Lathem products, or with an Annual Support Agreement, receive telephone support at no charge.
  • Response time varies based on current call volume.  Customers with an Annual Support Agreement are placed a priority queue.
