- When prompted, select to save the file to your hard disk.
- In Windows Explorer, double-click the pchtree2010.zip file. When prompted, be sure to select your Payclock directory and extract the contents to your c:\payclock directory.

- In Windows Explorer, double-click the self-extracting setup file and run the setup program. When prompted, be sure to select your Payclock directory.

Fortune 1000 Version 5.0 or higher

- In Windows Explorer, double-click the self-extracting setup file and run the setup program. When prompted, be sure to select your Payclock directory.
Note: All employees must have a department assigned in Payclock and must have a valid Employee ID that matches their employee ID in Fortune 1000 for the import to successfully run. You should avoid leading -0-'s in the employee id field (ie. Employee ID 0001 will not match employee id 1 in Fortune 1000). For information on importing the data into Fortune 1000, please see your Fortune 1000 documentation or contact your Fortune 1000 representative for assistance.

Progressive Payroll Version 3.202 or higher

- When prompted, select to save the file to your hard disk.
- In Windows Explorer, double-click the self-extracting setup file and run the setup program. When prompted, be sure to select your Payclock directory.
Note: After successfully running the Progressive Payroll Export wizard, you will have two active progressive payroll export options. You should be sure that BOTH check boxes are selected. When you run the export wizard, two separate files are required to successfully import to Progressive Payroll. For information on how to import into Progressive Payroll, please see your Progressive documentation or contact your Progressive representative for assistance.
