Update for TouchStation Manager Software for Version 4.22

This patch update corrects problems when doing an online update from TouchStation Manager Version 4.22 to TouchStation Manager Version 4.26, preventing the 'Runtime Error 91: Object Variable or WithBlock Variable Not Set' when trying to enroll employee fingerprints:

  1. Close PayClock EZ and the Finger Template Management Wizard.
  2. Click here to download the update file, CSTCPCTL.ZIP.
  3. Save the file to your computer, where it can be located.
  4. Double click the file to open it.
  5. Extract the CSTCPCTL.OCX file and save it into the C:\Windows\System32 folder.
  6. Right-click the TouchStation Manager Icon in the system tray.
  7. Select Online Update.
  8. Restart the computer.

This update should only be done when receiving the 'Runtime Error 91: Object Variable or WithBlock Variable Not Set' when trying to enroll employee fingerprints.

Update for TouchStation Manager Software for Version 4.11

This patch update corrects the problem of the notification stating that the TouchStation is unplugged when running TouchStation Manager Version 4.11 with PayClock EZ 2005:

  1. Close any PayClock related applications.
  2. Click here to download the update file, TSP4220.EXE.
  3. Save the file to your computer, where it can be located.
  4. Double click the file to open it. Click Run or Allow on any Security Warnings.
  5. Install the update.
  6. Restart the computer.

 

This update should only be done when running TouchStation Manager Software for Version 4.11 and receiving the notification stating that the TouchStation is unplugged when it is plugged in and working properly.

File Verification Utility for TouchStation Manager

The PayClock Installation Verification utility verifies that the files and drivers are installed for the TS100 and TouchStation Manager. This utility is primarily used by the Lathem Technical Support Department when working to determine issues such as 'Timeout Waiting on Server.'

  1. Close any PayClock related applications.
  2. Click here to download the update file, PayclockFileVerify.exe.
  3. Save the file the main PayClock directory. The default directory is C:\PayClock.
  4. Double click the file to open it. Click Run or Allow on any Security Warnings.
  5. Review the contents of the program.

    Success means the file was successfully installed.

    Failed means the file was not successfully installed.

  6. Restart the computer.
